As these digital PDF products are an intangible product, The Neave Collection has a strict ‘no return’ policy.
REFUND POLCY FOR DIGITAL PDF PATTERNS
The Neave Collection will provide refunds for digital PDF purchases within 7 (seven) days of purchase provided that the digital product has NOT been downloaded. If the PDF file has been downloaded – NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. The Neave Collection tracks all downloads.
